Children's Dental Fun Zone

She received her DDS degree from the University of Southern   California School of Dentistry. She also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a two year post-doctorate training program in Pediatric Dentistry at the same university. She worked as an associate in a pediatric private dental practice in Los Angeles, while serving on the staff of Miller Children’s Hospital Dental Health Clinic in Long Beach, California. Subsequently to moving to Northern California she joined The Dental Specialty Group in Concord incorporating a multi-disciplinary approach into her preventive and comprehensive treatment planning philosophy. She is also an associate professor of Pediatric Dentistry at The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. She is enjoying her private practice in Tracy. She has a warm, engaging personality and is also fluent in Spanish. We trust that you and your children will meet her and enjoy being with her as much as her staff does.

MEET DR. TALIN JANJIK
Dr. Talin Janjik graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 2000, at top 10% of her graduating class.  She received her Certification of Oral Conscious Sedation from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2002.  With special training in children's dentistry, she continues to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific approaches by attending Continuing Education Courses. Dr. Janjik is also very active in her community.  She devotes her free time to raising awareness about early childhood caries through local school presentations and other community events.  She is an active board member of Glendale Healthy Kids which is a non-profit organization aimed at helping the children of low-income families.  Dr. Janjik is a dedicated parent to three young children who keep her in-tune with the latest behavioral, emotional and psychological aspects of childhood.  Her child-friendly approach and endless patience helps our patients feel comfortable and gain our trust one dental visit at a time!
