Our Mission Statement:
Our purpose, as a dental team, is to provide the best quality dental care to our young patients in an exciting child friendly environment where children are treated with respect and as individuals. We believe that with patience and perseverance, most children are capable of dental treatment without the use of heavy sedatives. But our primary goal is prevention and we strive in educating our patients and their parents about good oral hygiene and nutrition. We want to help children achieve excellent oral health, with the goal of a lifetime of smiles. We encourage and recommend that parents brings their children at one year age for a dental check up.
Our Philosophy:
We realize that time is very important in a parent’s busy schedule. We reserve a reasonable amount of time for each patient visit and don’t schedule large number of Patients in each appointment.
We offer individualized dental care, focusing on the needs of the individual patient. This allows us time to listen to parent’s questions rather that rush through an appointment. If the patient needs extra time to relax, get numb or play, they’ve got it! If parents have extra questions at the end of a procedure, we encourage them to ask. We try to be a “parent & kid friendly” office.
We also welcome emergency visit 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. As parents, we understand that children with a toothache or a dental accident can not wait for next day appointment. Please do not hesitate to call us as soon as your child needs to see us.
Our Special people and place We offer a colorful, fun full of sunshine facility that ensures a great experience eliminating most anxieties and fears. Children enjoy video games and our beautiful sea salt aquariums in our play and open bay area. They have fun watching a movie on the TV sets on the ceilings during dental treatment and choosing a treat from the treasure chest. All procedure are explained thoroughly. Our caring staff gains your child’s trust by using techniques such as “Show, tell, do” helping him/her feel at ease. |
